Fast Overnight Shipping
- Our shipping days are Monday-Thursday. Orders will be shipped overnight on the soonest possible shipping day, unless you request to hold the order for up to one business day.
- Stay tuned to our Announcement Bar (black bar at the top of every page) for important shipping announcements.
- Your order will ship same-day if placed before 12:30 PM PST on a shipping day.
- Orders placed after 12:30 PM PST will ship on the next shipping day.
Inventory Updates and Unavailable Items
- Please stay tuned to your email after your order is placed. If something is unavailable, we'll reach out for a substitution.
- If all items you ordered are available, we will proceed with your shipment on the soonest shipping day.
- Inventory Updates and Restocks occur every Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon.
- The closer you order to an inventory update, the more likely that everything you ordered will be in stock!
Receiving Your Order
- If the weather is very hot or cold, ship your order to a UPS Access Point. This may save your livestock from hours of exposure to the elements.
- Most orders arrive by 12 PM the next day, unless you are in a rural area.
- Be ready to receive and acclimate your livestock on arrival.
- In the rare case that something does not make it, please take a photo of it on a white background outside of water.
- We know it can be daunting to order live fish sight unseen.
- Quality is crucial to us, and we stand by that with an unmatched 15-Day Guarantee on most livestock.
- As long as your specimens are acclimated properly and promptly, arrive on time, and are compatible with your well-maintained system and other fish, you will be covered by the guarantee for any losses that occur.
